These terms cover your use of the site and any order you place with us. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to them. They are written in plain English for a UK business.

Facial Cosmetics is a family run supplier of semi-permanent makeup and aesthetics products, based at Trallwn Road, Llanelli SA14 9ES, United Kingdom, run by Selina Colarusso. You can reach us at facialcosmetics@hotmail.com.
Using the site
You may use the site to browse and buy our products. Please do not misuse it: do not try to break its security, upload anything harmful, or copy its content for your own commercial use without our permission. We may change or remove parts of the site at any time.
Products and professional use
Many of the products we sell are professional supplies. Semi-permanent makeup pigments, needles, numbing products, dermal fillers and injectables are intended for qualified, insured practitioners and for professional use only. By ordering these items you confirm you are suitably qualified to use them and that you are 18 or over. If you are unsure whether a product is right for you, contact us before you order. Aftercare and skincare products sold for home use are described as such on their product pages.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and may change from time to time. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout. Payment is taken securely at checkout through Wix and its payment providers; we do not see or store your full card details. We may cancel or refuse an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was shown in error, and if we do we will refund anything you have paid for it.
Delivery
We charge flat-rate delivery: £3 anywhere in the UK and £6 across Europe, with no minimum order. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. For destinations outside Europe, contact us and we will confirm a rate before you order. We aim to dispatch promptly and will keep you informed if anything is delayed.
Your right to cancel and returns
If you are a consumer buying for yourself, under UK consumer law you may cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving them and return the goods for a refund. Some items are excluded once opened for health and hygiene reasons, such as sealed cosmetic, skincare or single-use items, and perishable goods. This does not affect your legal rights if an item is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose. To start a return or report a problem, email facialcosmetics@hotmail.com and we will tell you how to proceed.
Accuracy
We try to describe and picture our products accurately, but slight differences in colour or packaging can occur, and screens vary. If you receive something not as described, contact us and we will put it right.
Our responsibility to you
We will carry out our side of any order with reasonable care. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under UK law, including your statutory rights as a consumer. Beyond that, we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable or that are not connected to our dealings with you.

The site may link to other websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or their practices, so please read their own terms and privacy information.

How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Statement, which forms part of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one shown on this page, and it applies to any order you place after it is posted.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
