We respect your privacy. This statement explains what we collect, why, and the rights you have over it. It is written in plain English for a small UK family business.
Who we are
Facial Cosmetics is a family run supplier of semi-permanent makeup and aesthetics products, based at Trallwn Road, Llanelli SA14 9ES, United Kingdom. The business is run by Selina Colarusso, who is the data controller responsible for your personal information. You can reach us at facialcosmetics@hotmail.com.
The information we collect
We only collect what we need to run the shop and answer you:
- Order and account details you give us when you buy or set up an account: your name, email address, delivery and billing address, and the items you order.
- Payment details needed to take payment. Card payments are handled securely by our payment providers through the Wix checkout. We do not store your full card number.
- Messages you send us, by email or through a form on the site, and our replies.
- Basic usage information your browser provides when you visit, such as the pages you view. This helps keep the site working and secure.
How we use it
We use your information to:
- process and deliver your orders and handle any refunds or queries
- reply to your messages and provide support
- keep proper business and tax records
- keep the site secure and working as intended
We will only send you marketing emails if you have asked for them, and you can opt out at any time by telling us or by using the unsubscribe link in the email.
The lawful basis for using it
We use your information to perform our contract with you when you place an order, to meet our legal obligations such as keeping tax records, and for our legitimate interest in running and improving a small shop. Where we rely on your consent, for example for marketing emails, you can withdraw it at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not pass it to other companies for their own marketing. We share it only with:
- the service providers who help us run the shop, such as our website platform (Wix) and our payment and delivery providers, and only so they can carry out their part of your order
- anyone we are required to share it with by law
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it, and for any period the law requires us to keep business and tax records. After that we delete or anonymise it.
Cookies
The site uses only the cookies needed to run it and to keep it secure, together with the standard cookies set by our website platform. We have not added advertising or third-party tracking, so there is no marketing consent banner on the site today. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may then not work as well.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you. The first copy is free.
- ask us to correct anything that is wrong or incomplete
- ask us to delete your information, where there is no legal reason for us to keep it
- ask us to restrict or object to how we use it
- ask for your information in a portable format
- withdraw consent where we relied on it

Complaints
