Returns (refunds and exchanges)

If you are unhappy with your item, please let us know. Our Returns Policy gives you 14 days to

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition. That

To complete your refund or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not

All orders are shipped within 3-5 working days Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class mail will not have tracking numbers.

 

Shipping Rates

 

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be given the cost of shipping, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
